Meet Carlos.
Carlos Arnero is the founder of Arnero Collective, a restorative coaching practice serving leaders who sense misalignment in their lives and are ready to pursue wholeness through discovery and alignment with God’s good design.
Carlos works with executives, founders, and senior leaders across the country—some quietly successful yet internally fragmented, others rebuilding after recovery—who want more than performance improvement or survival. His work is grounded, faith-rooted, and relational, shaped by both professional experience and lived conviction.
Carlos’ work is deeply informed by his own journey.
Like many of the leaders he serves today, Carlos spent years leading at a high level while slowly drifting out of alignment. From the outside, life appeared functional and successful. Internally, fragmentation grew—between faith and work, identity and achievement, inner life and external demands.
Recovery became a necessary turning point, but not the destination. What Carlos discovered is that sobriety or success alone does not restore a life. True restoration requires honest discovery and a reorientation around what is true—realignment with God’s good design.
This conviction became the foundation for Arnero Collective: not a replacement for treatment or traditional recovery, and not performance coaching, but a space to walk alongside leaders who want to live differently—more whole, more grounded, and more aligned than before.
Professional Background
Carlos Arnero brings more than two decades of leadership experience, having served in roles including CEO, COO, Partner of Operations, VP of Operations, and Co-Founder. His work has spanned founder-led startups, private-equity backed companies, global organizations, and ventures shaped by the principles of redemptive entrepreneurship. Along the way, he has been trusted to help guide organizations through seasons of growth, transition, and change.
Over time, Carlos found himself increasingly drawn toward restorative and purpose-driven work—pursuing greater clarity, alignment, and wholeness in his own life while helping others do the same. His journey has also included advisory roles, board service, and mission work alongside abandoned and orphaned children in places such as Haiti, India, and Mexico.
These experiences—both professional and personal—have shaped a deep conviction: leaders flourish when their lives are integrated and aligned with what truly matters. Today, Carlos brings that perspective to his work with leaders who are seeking clarity, restoration, and a more whole way of living and leading.
